Limitation on D'LVRD LLC Liability
D'LVRD LLC, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited in the aggregate to direct and actual damages not to exceed the fees received by D'LVRD LLC from consumers. D'LVRD LLC will not be liable for consequential, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or indirect damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance upon any material provided by D'LVRD LLC. Without limitation, D'LVRD LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages related to, either directly or indirectly, (1) any decline in market value or loss of any investment; (2) a consumer's inability to use or any delay in accessing the D'LVRD LLC website or any other source of material provided by D'LVRD LLC; (3) any absence of material on the D'LVRD LLC website; (4) D'LVRD LLC failure to deliver or delay in delivering any material or (5) any kind of error in transmission of material; or (6) the use by a subscriber of any research to invest in any way which may be deemed unsuitable in accordance with certain industry standards. D'LVRD LLC and consumer acknowledge that, without limitation, the above-enumerated conditions cannot be the probable cause of any breach of any agreement between D'LVRD LLC and consumer.

Shipping Policy
D'LVRD LLC products are shipped via UPS and will arrive no later than 14 business days (excluding holidays) from the original purchase date. If an item is out of stock or on back order, an e-mail will be sent notifying the status. The item then will be shipped upon in stock status. Upon shipment of the product a tracking number will be sent to the email registered on the account. If any other shipping method is ever used, you will be notified via e-mail.
