We absolutely will never share any information about you with any third party, Your personal shipping information is only shared with UPS who require such information to complete the delivery of our products to you.

Orders
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personal identifiable information, from you, on our order form. You must provide contact information such as; name, billing address, shipping address, email, and telephone number (for orders only) and financial information such as, type of credit card, credit card number, CCV number, & expiration date.  D'LVRD will not store this information and will only use it for the sole purpose of completing this order.

We use this aforementioned information for sole purpose of billing verification so that we are able to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble filling an order, we will use this information to contact you.

You may give us with your email address if a product is currently out of stock. We will then contact you, via email, to inform you that the item is available again to purchase.

Blogs 
From time to time, we have enthusiastic customers who would like to post to our testimonial/blog page to share with our community of users. We may post them to our various social media blogs also. So by posting a testimonial, you authorize us to share through our social media avenues and company advertisement only. If you choose to use our testimonial page on this site, you should be aware that any personal identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of this forum, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personal identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums. If we find that something is not appropriate for posting, we will remove it immediately. Whether D'LVRD is shipping to your home, to your work or to a gift recipient, the delivery will be totally discreet. Our packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, so your goods will arrive without a hint at what's inside. All of our orders are shipped in plain packaging with "D'LVRD LLC" as the sender. We love our logo, but it does not appear anywhere on the outside of the shipping box. Inside the box, however, you will find our packaging with all the fun that goes with it.

No Unsolicited Correspondence
D'LVRD does not make unsolicited phone calls, send unsolicited email or postal mail. We will never send you correspondence unless 1) you are on our mailing list or beta team, or 2) it is required to complete your transaction. Email is sent to confirm your order, to notify you about back orders, and to supply you with the tracking number for your shipment. We only contact customers by phone when there is a question regarding an order.
